This new Registration process will apply from the F45 HYROX SYDNEY Event in July 2025. The essential change is that some fundamental athlete details will now need to be provided at checkout and therefore purchasers would need to have on hand certain details about their team members before signing up for the race.
1. Before a Purchaser begins registration, you should have the following details about you and your team members. This will be clearer, why later on in the guide.

- Athlete’s First Name
- Athlete’s Last Name
- Athlete’s Email
- Athlete’s Date of Birth
- Athlete’s Gender
- Athlete’s Nationality
2. Once the Purchaser is in the registration platform, they can select racer slot.
Important note: a shopping cart can only hold 12 items. We would not recommend purchaser trying to register for people not in their team. I.e. If you are buying a Women’s double, and you have another team who wants to purchase a mixed double, best to let them purchase it themselves with their own code. If they don’t have a code, then technically you are abusing the condition of use of this account.
HYROX would recommend you purchase separate team in separate carts.
This is particularly important if purchaser are trying to secure a relay slot and sportograf photos. By selecting 1 relay team, that would be 4 relay, 4 complimentary Insurance tickets and 4 photo packaged which will already equal 12 items in the purchase cart
3. If during this stage, you have a discount code, it could be entered at the Add promo code / voucher button.
4. Once you press Proceed, the Purchaser is required to fill in their personal information. But the Purchaser should also have prepared the following details needed for the racer ticket that needs to be personalised for their team members before proceeding to payment. These details are:

- Athlete’s First Name
- Athlete’s Last Name
- Athlete’s Email (This must be different for each athlete)
- Athlete’s Date of Birth
- Athlete’s Gender
- Athlete’s Nationality
5. Once personalisation is complete, you will see the Tickets turn to Green. The Purchaser could Proceed to Payment.
PLEASE NOTE that the Athlete ticket is not completed at this stage. Once the ticket is purchased, the Athlete still needs to go to their ticket to proceed with providing a little bit more details, after which they would have access to their e-Ticket with their QR Code/ barcode.
6. When Payment is made, the Purchaser would be sent an email titled “Order successful”. This would be where they can have access to their ticket. In the email, they could click on Activate Tickets and they would be redirected to a unique URL to their tickets. Right after purchasing the Purchaser is also redirected to the same unique URL. This URL can be shared with their fellow Team members to provide the remaining details needed to completely personalise their ticket and have access to their QR code/ Barcode.
7. Once the Ticket is completely personalized the Athlete can download their E-Ticket which contains their QR Code or they could save their ticket to their apple or google wallet.
