I Pre-purchased my race photos but I didn't receive / can't find my code?

Accessing Your Sportograf Photo Package Redemption Code

If you have purchased the Sportograf photo package before race day, you should already have access to your unique redemption code via email. To ensure you can retrieve your racing photos, please verify that you have completed the following steps

1. Purchasing the Sportograf Ticket on the HYROX Event Page, 
2. Go to personalised the ticket,
3. Download the personalised ticket. In the ticket, you should see a code under the title "Sportograf Order-ID". This is the redemption code you can use on the Sportograf website to get your racing photos. 

Within the personalized ticket, you will find a code listed under the title "Sportograf Order-ID." This code serves as your redemption key to access your photos on the Sportograf website.

Please keep this code safe, as it is required to view and download your race photos. If you experience any difficulties or have not received your redemption code, kindly contact our customer support team for assistance.
