I Pre-purchased my race photos but I didn't receive / can't find my code? / レース写真を事前購入しましたが、コードが届かない／見つかりません。どうすればいいですか？

If you have purchased Sportograf photo package before race day, then you should already have access to your redemption code.

Please check that you have followed the below steps:

1. Purchasing the Sportograf Ticket on the HYROX Event Page, 
2. Go to personalized the ticket,
3. Download the personalized ticket. In the ticket, you should see a code under the title "Sportograf Order-ID". This is the redemption code you can use on the Sportograf website to get your racing photos.
    

Within the personalized ticket, you will find a code listed under the title "Sportograf Order-ID." This code serves as your redemption key to access your photos on the Sportograf website.

Please keep this code safe, as it is required to view and download your race photos. If you experience any difficulties or have not received your redemption code, kindly contact our customer support team for assistance.

レース前に Sportografフォトパッケージ を購入されている場合、すでに引き換えコードへアクセスできる状態になっています。

以下の手順が正しく行われているかご確認ください。

Sportografチケットを HYROXのイベントページ で購入している
チケットを パーソナライズ（Personalisation） している

パーソナライズ済みチケットをダウンロードしている
ダウンロードしたチケット内に、「Sportograf Order-ID」 が表示されている

パーソナライズ済みチケット内に記載されている
「Sportograf Order-ID」 が、Sportograf公式サイトでレース写真を閲覧・ダウンロードするための引き換えコードとなります。

このコードは、写真の閲覧およびダウンロードに必須となりますので、必ず大切に保管してください。
