I Pre-purchased my race photos but I didn't receive / can't find my code? 我已預先購買賽事照片，但未收到/找不到兌換代碼？

If you have purchased Sportograf photo package before race day, then you should already have access to your redemption code. 若您在賽事前已購買 Sportograf 照片套裝，您應已獲得兌換代碼的存取權限。

Please check that you have followed the below steps: 請確認您已完成以下步驟：

1. Purchasing the Sportograf Ticket on the HYROX Event Page,在 HYROX 活動頁面購買 Sportograf 票券，
2. Go to personalised the ticket, 進入「個人化票券」頁面，
3. Download the personalised ticket. In the ticket, you should see a code under the title "Sportograf Order-ID". This is the redemption code you can use on the Sportograf website to get your racing photos. The code should start with the prefix of TWSP. 下載個人化票券。票券中標題 "Sportograf Order-ID" 下方應有一組代碼，此即為用於 Sportograf 網站兌換賽事照片的代碼。代碼開頭應為 TWSP 前綴。
