Do you offer refunds ?

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds. As stated in our terms and conditions, during the confirmation of your registration process as well as in your confirmation email, we make it clear that no refunds are permitted except under two circumstances (1) a participant who is under 18 that has not been granted consent by their parent or guardian to participate or (2) if we postpone or cancel the event. However you are able to transfer your ticket to another person, or possibly change to another race in Australia & New Zealand and within the same race season if there is an upcoming race available.
