Flex Ticket Add-On – Optional Refund Protection

To provide participants with more flexibility and peace of mind, HYROX offers an optional Flex Ticket Add-On, available at the time of registration.

This add-on is the only way to secure the option of a refund in case you are unable to participate in the event.

Benefits of the Flex Ticket:

• Refund of your race entry fee if you're unable to attend (subject to terms and deadlines).

• Applies to all race categories, including singles, doubles, relay, and adaptive divisions.

Please note that the Flex Ticket must be purchased at the time of initial registration and cannot be added retroactively

Refunds are permitted if you have purchased the Flex Add-On for a regular ticket. Just so you know, different rules apply for Charity tickets.

Standard Athlete Ticket

100% refund up to 7 days before the race (7:59 am, LOCAL TIMEZONE)
50% refund up to 1 day before the race (7:59 am, LOCAL TIMEZONE)
(includes Sportograf package*, excludes the Flex Add-On fee.)

*The Sportograf package can only be refunded alongside the athlete ticket, it cannot be refunded separately.

สิทธิประโยชน์ของ Flex Ticket:

 - ขอคืนเงินค่าลงทะเบียนแข่งขันได้ หากไม่สามารถเข้าร่วมการแข่งขันได้ (ตามเงื่อนไขและกำหนดเวลา)
 - ใช้ได้กับทุกประเภทการแข่งขัน ทั้ง Singles, Doubles, Relay และ Adaptive Divisions

โปรดทราบว่า Flex Ticket ต้องซื้อพร้อมกับการลงทะเบียนครั้งแรกเท่านั้น และ ไม่สามารถเพิ่มภายหลังได้
