If you find that you can no longer make it to the race, here are some options for you
1. Transfer to another person
Please refer to this article on how to transfer your ticket to another person.
2. Transfer to another race in Hong Kong within the same race season.
If you are unable to attend your race, then you are permitted to switch to a different event. Just make sure it's not sold out, it's taking place in the same year and everything else on your ticket stays the same (gender and division).

Golden Rule: Changes are only possible when the event or desired division is not sold out.
You have until the deadline of 1 week (the Friday 6pm) before the Event Day to make any rebooking request.
A processing fee for the change applies
When modifying a ticket, the updated price applies
3. Refunds are only granted under 2 circumstances.
- If you are under 18 and have not obtain consent from your parent or guardian to compete in the competition.
- If we have postpone and rescheduled the event or cancelled the event you have signed up for. In such a case, we grant you the option to transfer the race to another event or to the new rescheduled date. However, if you cannot make it or choose not to attend the rescheduled event, then we will issue you a refund.
Besides the above two circumstances, we will not grant refunds for any other circumstances including but not limited to situations of injury or illness.
