The Physical Fitness Test gives you an indication of your fitness level and an assessment of which division is suitable for you. Please note that there are no time limits for a HYROX Race and you can register for any division without qualifying. The P’F “T is only intended to help you decide which division to choose. The test is held in hundreds of gyms each season and consists of this workout:
1000m run (outdoors or on a treadmill at 2% incline).
50 Burpee Broad Jumps
100 Lunges
1000m Row
30 Hand Release Push Ups
100 Wallballs (6 kg men / 4 kg women)
