For the safety and fairness of all participants, only the following accessories are permitted during the event:

• Knee Sleeves

• Gloves

• Weightlifting Belt

• Wristbands

• Hydration Packs

Please be advised that the use of headphones and lifting straps is strictly prohibited during the competition.
