As HYROX continues to grow and evolve across the globe, our goal remains the same: to deliver a world-class fitness racing experience for every athlete. To streamline event operations and improve the race-day experience for all participants, we want to inform you of an important update:

“Race With a Friend” Option No Longer Available for HYROX Events

What You Can Do Instead

• Although you may not be able to start at the same time as a friend, you can still:
• Register for the Same Division: Athletes in the same category will generally race within a close time frame.
• Support Each Other On-Site: Cheer each other on before and after your heats, or spectate together between races.
• Train Together: The spirit of HYROX lies in the community — and that starts long before race day.
