A) Transfer your ticket to a friend with no division change or to make a replacement for a team member

Transfer of your registration can be done up to Friday the week before race day (8 days before the race). Any request to make changes after this date will not be permitted due to an inability to make the event for ANY reason including injuries. As a reminder, no refunds or rollovers are permitted at any point in time.
A)Transfer your ticket to a friend with no division change or to make a replacement for a team member
If you are simply transferring your ticket to a friend in the same division, you will be able to update the existing details in the system to replace them with the new racer's details by following the steps below. This applies if you are in a doubles and you just need to replace one doubles partner with another that is the same gender as the replacing partner. Examples of transfer with no division change are men's single to men's Single, Women's double to Women's double, and changing a male relay partner with another male relay partner.
1. Go to taiwan.hyrox.com/my-account/
2. Login to your account. Please note that to access the athlete's registration details, login must be done via the purchaser’s account. If you log in using your athlete's email, your registration will not appear in your account.
3. Click on the settings button on the right side and there will be a drop-down menu.
4. Click "Change Order".
5. You will be redirected to the following page which will state at the top "How would you like to change your order?"
6. Select the "Change information" option. Please note, when changing team members in a Doubles/ Relay: If you are simply replacing one racer with another within the same division, you must hit the change information button. Should you select the “transfer ticket(s) to a friend” option, that registration will be transferred out of your team and the new racer will not be able to rejoin that team.
7. After you have selected "Change information" you will see the following page.
8. Please select "Change".
9. Upon clicking Change, you should now be able to update the existing athlete’s details to the new athlete’s details.
10. Once the above steps have been completed, please proceed to select the yellow Pay button. There may be a processing fee, if any fees have been charged, the amount will be stated within the yellow Pay button.
B) Transferring your own ticket to a new division OR
C) Transfer your ticket to a friend who wants to register for a new division.
If you need to transfer your ticket to a different division OR to a friend who will be using this ticket to register for a different division, please see the following steps to make this change.
Please note that the following transfer request will not be permitted to be made and has been stated in our Terms and Conditions under Clause 6 since the opening of registration.
- A Relay division to a Single or Doubles Division
- Any Relay division to another Relay Division
- A Doubles division to a Relay Division
- Any Single Division to form a Doubles or Relay Division
Please note that the following transfer request will be permitted as long as there are available slots in the division to which the Athlete which to transfer their ticket.
- Open Men to any singles division
- Pro Men to any singles division
- Open Women to any single division
- Pro Women to any single division
- Men Doubles to any doubles division
- Women's Double to any doubles division
- Mixed Double to any doubles division
1. Go to https://taiwan.hyrox.com/event/transfer-processing
2. Proceed with paying the transfer fee of NTD400. This is applicable for any transfer that requires the athlete to change the ticket to a new division.
3. Once you make payment, you can send the confirmation email back to us at info@hyroxtw.com with the following information for the athlete you wish to transfer
- What division is the new change (if a division change request is made that is not permitted, we will not process)
- Original Athlete's name
- New Athlete's name
- New Athlete's email address
- New Athlete's phone number
- New Athlete's gender
- New Athlete's nationality
- New Athlete's date of birth (DD/MM/YYYY)
- New Athlete's billing address
- New Athlete's emergency contact details (name, phone number, relationship with athlete)
4. Once we have processed your transfer of registration we will send a confirmation email to the new athletes.
