How to register?

Registration works on a two part process.

1) Purchase the ticket(s)

2) Activate/ Personalise the individual tickets

1) Purchase the ticket(s)

1. Purchaser has the option to select the division (Single, Doubles or Relay).

2. If selecting the Singles division, then Purchaser has the option to add on Sportograf or Race

   with a Friend (Race with a Friend is only available for HYROX WOMEN and HYROX MEN).

   

   

3. If selecting the Doubles or Relay division, the selection of one ticket will automatically add

   the additional team member spots to the cart. At the time of adding the Doubles or Relay tickets,

   you have the option to add Sportograf to your cart.

   

2) Activate/ Personalise the individual tickets

1. Once the purchase is complete, the Purchaser will then be guided to an Unique URL to Activate/ Personalise their tickets. An email will also be sent to the Purchaser which will contain an Activate Ticket(s) button which will take them back to Activate/ Personalise their Tickets via the Unique URL. (Note: if the doubles or relay team members have not been confirmed yet, tickets can still be first purchased and then Activated/ Personalised at a later date. That way you can best take advantage of cheaper pricing without confirming your entire team).
2. Once the Tickets have been purchased and all Racers have been confirmed, Racers can then use the Unique URL to proceed to Activate/ Personalise their respective ticket or send the Unique URL to their fellow Racers to Activate/ Personalise their own ticket.

3. Once the ticket has been Activated/ Personalised, the Ticket can be downloaded or saved

   your apple/ google wallet.
