Unable to Attend After Activating Your HYROX Ticket? Here's What You Need to Know
We understand that unexpected situations may arise that prevent you from attending your HYROX event—even after you’ve completed your registration and activated/personalised your ticket. While standard registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable, your options will vary depending on whether you purchased the Flex Ticket Add-On during registration.
✅ If You Purchased the Flex Ticket Add-On
The Flex Ticket Add-On is designed to offer greater peace of mind by allowing more flexibility in the event your plans change after registration and ticket personalisation.
With the Flex Ticket, you are eligible for:

A refund of your race ticket if you are unable to attend, for any reason

Refund processing without requiring justification or supporting documents
- Transfer your registration to another athlete for double and relay registrations.
Ticket and Registration Modifications:
To give you more flexibility in managing your registration, here are the available options depending on your ticket type:

Single Tickets:

Name Changes are not permitted for single tickets.

If your plans change, you can request a refund for your ticket instead.

Doubles and Relays:

You may transfer one registration to another athlete at no additional cost. This ensures your team remains intact if one participant can no longer race.

Each ticket allows one name change, which can be made up to 1 day before the event through your HYROX Account.

Unfortunately, if the Flex Ticket Add-On was not selected during your registration, standard HYROX registrations are:

Non-refundable

Non-transferable to another person (particularly for Doubles and Relay divisions)
