The registration process under the current (Vivenu) ticketing platform allows tickets to be purchased without the need for all the details of the relevant racer or spectator. Although this means that the purchasing process is made more streamline and efficient, it does mean there is more responsibility for athletes and spectators to make sure that their ticket is personalised/ activated for them before race day.
Please read the following steps to help you understand what needs to be done and whether you have properly registered for the race.
1. Once tickets have been purchased, the Purchaser will then be guided to an Unique URL Link to Activate/ Personalise their tickets. An email will also be sent to the Purchaser which will contain an Activate Ticket(s) button which will take them back to Activate/ Personalise their Tickets via the Unique URL Link.
2. Anyone with access to the Unique URL Link can access the tickets to Activate/ Personalise them. So it is encouraged that the Purchaser share the Unique URL Link or all the racers and spectators that the ticket is purchased for.
3. If the ticket shows a "Requires Personalization" message above the ticket, then it is an incomplete Registration, which means they still need to activate/ personalise the ticket.
4. Once the ticket has been Activated/ Personalised, the Ticket can be downloaded or in some events saved your apple/ google wallet.
5. This activation/personalisation must be done for all forms of tickets including each racers, spectator, sportograf and race with a friend tickets. Once this is done. Then you are ready for the Event!
If at any stage the ticket needs to be changed to someone else due to injury or replacement, this can be done without the need to contact Customer Support. You simply go back to the personalised ticket and you click on "Change Personalization". Service fee would apply to complete the transfer. And this can only be done within 1 week before the race.
