How to redeem a discount code?

If you have been given a discount code, then this can be redeemed once you're in the shopping cart. 

1. Before you click Proceed, there is a button "Add promo code / Voucher"
2. Once this is selected a pop up will show up where you can insert the promo code.
3. If the redemption does not apply there could be a few reason for this.
   1. The code only applies for certain tickets and you have not used the code for those tickets
   2. The code was inserted wrong. Check if you add space before or after the code.
4. If you encounter a problem, you can reach out to [e-mail] to identify the problem.
