A)Transfer your ticket to a friend with no division change
If you are simply transferring your ticket to a friend, you will be able to switch ticket holder hassle free, as long as you keep the ticket in the same Gender, Division and Event Location.
Go to your ticket and locate the "Change Personalization" button. Provide the change you wish to make.
You have until the deadline of 1 week (the Friday 6pm) before the Event Day to make any rebooking request.
A processing fee for the change applies
When modifying a ticket, the updated price may apply.
B) Transfer your ticket to another Event
If you are unable to attend your race, then you are permitted to switch to a different event. Just make sure it's not sold out, it's taking place in the same year and everything else on your ticket stays the same (gender and division).

Regardless of the reason, for the majority of the divisions, these changes will not be permitted anymore. This means that a Women's Open ticket cannot be transferred to a Men's Open ticket or a Mixed Doubles ticket be allowed to transfer to a Men's Double ticket.
The only permissible transfer is if a Doubles registration has a partner unable to compete (due to illness or any other unforeseeable circumstances) and are unable to find a replacement with a person of the same gender. In this case, you are permitted to transfer from a Doubles to a singles. The other athletes ticket becomes void and there will be no refund of any fees.

If you and your partner are both unable to attend and you wish to change the registration into a single ticket and forfeit the other ticket, but transfer the new single ticket to a friend. This would be treated as two separate change request. Separate processing fees may apply.
