모든 하이록스 레이스 티켓 등록 정보는 최초 구매자의 계정에 안전하게 저장·관리됩니다. 이는 등록 정보가 결제 내역과 정확히 연결되고, 한 계정에서 쉽게 확인 및 검증할 수 있도록 하기 위한 절차입니다.

티켓 등록 정보 열람 관련 중요 안내사항

• 티켓을 구매할 때 적었던 이메일 주소와 동일한 계정에서만 등록 정보가 표시됩니다.

• 하이록스 계정에 로그인했음에도 티켓 내역이 보이지 않는 경우, 해당 티켓을 직접 구매한 사람의 계정인지 다시 한번 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.

구매자가 본인이 아닐 경우

팀원, 친구, 가족 등 다른 사람이 티켓을 구매한 경우, 등록 정보는 본인의 계정이 아니라 해당 구매자의 하이록스 계정에 표시됩니다. 

이 경우, 아래와 같이 진행해 주시기를 부탁드립니다.

• 티켓을 구매한 분에게 연락

• 그 분의 하이록스 계정에서 등록 정보가 정확히 표시되는지 확인해 달라고 요청

구매자가 본인임에도 티켓 등록 정보가 보이지 않는 경우

본인이 직접 결제를 했음에도 계정에서 티켓 등록 내역이 확인되지 않는다면, 결제 과정에서 기술적 문제나 오류가 발생했을 가능성이 있습니다.

All HYROX race registrations are securely stored and managed within the account of the original purchaser. This ensures that registration details are properly linked to the payment and maintained under one account for easy access and verification.

Important Information Regarding Registration Access:

• Only the account used to purchase the ticket will display the registration details.

• If you have logged into your HYROX account and do not see your registration, please confirm whether you are the original purchaser of the ticket.

What to Do If You Are Not the Purchaser:

If someone else purchased your race ticket (for example, a team member, friend, or family member), your registration will appear in their HYROX account, not yours.

In this case, we kindly ask that you:

• Contact the original purchaser, and

• Request that they check their HYROX account to confirm that your registration appears correctly.

What to Do If You Are the Purchaser and Still Don't See Your Registration:

If you are certain that you completed the purchase yourself but do not see your registration in your account, there may have been a technical issue or an error during the transaction.
