티켓의 개인화/활성화는 무슨 뜻이고, 완료되었는지 어떻게 확인할 수 있나요? / What does it mean by personalisation/ activation of my tickets and how do I make sure it is done?

하이록스 티켓 구매 & Flex 옵션

현재는 하이록스에서 티켓을 구매할 때, 선수나 관람객의 모든 정보를 입력하지 않아도 티켓을 구매할 수 있습니다. 이렇게 하면 구매 과정이 간편하고 효율적이라는 장점이 있는데요. 이에 따라, 대회 전까지 선수 또는 관람객은 본인의 티켓에 개인정보를 모두 입력(개인화)해서 티켓을 활성화해야 합니다.

선수들이 예상치 못한 상황에서 더 유연하게 대처할 수 있도록 레이스 티켓 구매시 Flex 옵션(Flex Add-On)을 도입했습니다. 이 옵션을 함께 구입하면 참가 계획에 변동이 생겼을 때 환불을 요청할 수 있습니다. 개인 참가자 또는 팀의 일원이어도, Flex 옵션을 통해 예기치 못한 상황에 더 편하게 대처할 수 있습니다.

대회 전에 구매한 티켓이 제때 활성화 될 수 있도록 아래 단계를 따라 주세요. 
 

1. 티켓 활성화

티켓을 구매하면, 개인 정보를 입력해 티켓을 활성화할 수 있는 고유한 URL 링크로 연결됩니다. 
또, 티켓 구매가 완료되면 입력한 이메일 주소로 메일이 발송되는데요. 이 메일 안의 'Activate Ticket(s)' 버튼을 클릭해서도 위 링크로 연결되어 활성화 과정을 완료할 수 있습니다.

2. 티켓 활성화 링크 공유하기

위 고유 URL 링크에 접근할 수 있는 사람이라면 누구든지 접속해 티켓에 개인정보를 입력해 활성화할 수 있습니다. 따라서 티켓 구매자와 실제 선수가 다르다면, 해당 링크를 선수에게 반드시 공유해주세요. 관람객 티켓 또한 개인정보를 입력해 활성화를 완료해야 합니다.

3. 등록 미완료 경고 확인하기

티켓 상단에 'Requires Personalisation' 메세지가 표시된다면, 이는 티켓 활성화가 완료되지 않았음을 의미합니다.
해당 티켓에 개인정보를 입력하고 활성화를 해주세요. 

Flex 옵션 관련 상세 안내 

• 티켓 구매시 Flex 옵션을 함께 구매하시면, 예기치 못한 상황으로 인해 대회 참가가 어려울 경우, 레이스 티켓 환불을 요청하실 수 있습니다. 이는 개인 참가자 및 팀 참가자 모두에게 적용됩니다.

• Flex 옵션은 대회 참가 관련 계획에 변동이 생기더라도 유연하게 대처할 수 있도록 일종의 안전망 역할을 합니다. 

티켓을 올바르게 활성화 하는 방법 및  Flex 옵션에 대해 정확히 이해하기 위해 위 내용을 다시 한번 꼼꼼하게 확인해 주시길 바랍니다. 

Ticket and Registration Modifications:

To give you more flexibility in managing your registration, here are the available options depending on your ticket type:

• Single Tickets:

  • Name Changes are not permitted for single tickets.

  • If your plans change, you can request a refund for your ticket instead.

• Doubles and Relays:

  • You may transfer one registration to another athlete at no additional cost. This ensures your team remains intact if one participant can no longer race.

  • Each ticket allows one name change, which can be made up to 1 day before the event through your HYROX Account.

Hyrox Registration & Flex Add-On Option for Hyrox

The current registration process via the Vivenu ticketing platform allows tickets to be purchased without requiring the full details of the racer or spectator at the time of purchase. While this makes the purchasing process more streamlined and efficient, it also places responsibility on athletes and spectators to ensure that their ticket is properly personalised and activated before race day.

 

For added peace of mind, we are pleased to introduce the Flex Add-On for Hyrox registrations. This new option provides greater flexibility, allowing participants to request a refund for their race ticket should their plans change. Whether registering as an individual runner or as part of a team, the Flex Add-On ensures that you have more control over your registration, even if unforeseen circumstances arise.

Please follow the steps below to ensure that your registration is properly completed and your ticket is activated in time for the race.
 

1. Ticket Activation

Once the tickets have been purchased, the Purchaser will be directed to a unique URL link to activate and personalise their tickets. An email will also be sent to the Purchaser, which will contain an "Activate Ticket(s)" button, taking them back to the unique URL link to complete the activation and personalisation process. If the Flex Add-On was selected, you will also find instructions on how to apply for a refund should your plans change.

2. Sharing the Unique URL

Anyone with access to the unique URL link can activate and personalise the tickets. It is strongly encouraged that the Purchaser shares this unique URL link with all racers and spectators for whom the ticket has been purchased.

3. Incomplete Registration Warning
If the ticket shows a "Requires Personalisation" message above the ticket, this means the registration is incomplete, and the ticket still needs to be activated and personalised.

Flex Add-On Details:

• If you purchase the Flex Add-On at the time of registration, you will have the option to request a refund for your race ticket if you're unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances. This applies to both solo runners and team registrations.

• The Flex Add-On provides a safety net, allowing you to adapt to changes in your plans with more confidence.

We recommend reviewing the full registration process to ensure your ticket is activated in time and that you are aware of your Flex Add-On benefits, if applicable.
