Flex Ticket Add-On – Optional Refund Protection

To provide participants with more flexibility and peace of mind, HYROX offers an optional Flex Ticket Add-On, available at the time of registration.

This add-on is the only way to secure the option of a refund in case you are unable to participate in the event.

Benefits of the Flex Ticket:

• Refund of your race entry fee if you're unable to attend (subject to terms and deadlines).

• Applies to all race categories, including singles, doubles, relay, and adaptive divisions.

Please note that the Flex Ticket must be purchased at the time of initial registration and cannot be added retroactively
