Division Change Policy & Flex Ticket Option

At HYROX, we are committed to providing a fair, standardized, and professionally managed race experience for all athletes. To ensure consistency across divisions and maintain the integrity of our competition categories, division changes after registration are strictly not allowed.

🔒 Division Changes Are Not Permitted

Once a registration is completed and a ticket has been activated or personalised, division changes are not allowed, regardless of the reason. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Changing from Women’s Open to Men’s Open

• Changing from Mixed Doubles to Men’s Doubles

• Switching between any gender-based or team-based categories

Please ensure that you carefully select the correct division, gender category, and team format at the time of registration. Once confirmed, your registration is final within that specific division.

✅ Flex Ticket Add-On – Your Flexible Option

To accommodate athletes who may need flexibility due to changes in personal circumstances, team structure, or scheduling, HYROX offers the Flex Ticket Add-On at the time of registration.

If you purchased the Flex Ticket, you have the following option:

• Cancel your registration and receive a refund, allowing you to re-register in the correct division, subject to availability.

This is the only way to manage division-related issues post-registration.

📌 Please Note:

• The Flex Ticket must be selected and paid for during initial registration.

• It cannot be added after registration is complete.
