Hyrox Registration and Flex Add-On Option
The current registration process via the Vivenu ticketing platform allows tickets to be purchased without requiring the full details of the racer or spectator at the time of purchase. While this makes the purchasing process more streamlined and efficient, it also places responsibility on athletes and spectators to ensure that their ticket is properly personalised and activated before race day.
Flex Add-On for Hyrox
For added peace of mind, we are pleased to introduce the Flex Add-On for Hyrox registrations. This new option provides greater flexibility, allowing participants to request a refund for their race ticket should their plans change. Whether registering as an individual runner or as part of a team, the Flex Add-On ensures that you have more control over your registration, even if unforeseen circumstances arise.
Please follow the steps below to ensure that your registration is properly completed and your ticket is activated in time for the race.
1. Ticket Activation
Once the tickets have been purchased, the Purchaser will be directed to a unique URL link to activate and personalise their tickets. An email will also be sent to the Purchaser, which will contain an "Activate Ticket(s)" button, taking them back to the unique URL link to complete the activation and personalisation process. If the Flex Add-On was selected, you will also find instructions on how to apply for a refund should your plans change.
2. Sharing the Unique URL
Anyone with access to the unique URL link can activate and personalise the tickets. It is strongly encouraged that the Purchaser shares this unique URL link with all racers and spectators for whom the ticket has been purchased.
3. Incomplete Registration Warning
If the ticket shows a "Requires Personalisation" message above the ticket, this means the registration is incomplete, and the ticket still needs to be activated and personalised.
Flex Add-On Details:

If you purchase the Flex Add-On at the time of registration, you will have the option to request a refund for your race ticket if you're unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances. This applies to both solo runners and team registrations.

The Flex Add-On provides a safety net, allowing you to adapt to changes in your plans with more confidence.

Ticket and Registration Modifications:
To give you more flexibility in managing your registration, here are the available options depending on your ticket type:

Single Tickets:

Name Changes are not permitted for single tickets.

If your plans change, you can request a refund for your ticket instead.

Doubles and Relays:

You may transfer one registration to another athlete at no additional cost. This ensures your team remains intact if one participant can no longer race.

Each ticket allows one name change, which can be made up to 1 day before the event through your HYROX Account.
