HYROX includes a mix of 8 1km runs alternating with 8 different workouts. The individual stations are: (1) SkiErg, (2) Sled Push, (3) Sled Pull, (4) Burpee Broad Jumps, (5) Rowing, (6) Farmers Carry, (7) Sandbag Lunges, and (8) Wall Balls.
The running course will lead around the workout stations. Both the running track and the individual workout stations are clearly separated from each other and the entrances and exits are clearly marked.
