Single Pro - For the experienced racer, heavier weights make for a more challenging experience.
Doubles* - Find a partner and take on the challenge as a pair, running together but
splitting the workload of the exercises.
* Men's Doubles, Women's Doubles and Mixed (1M, 1W) Doubles
Relay (Team of 4) - Perfect for gyms, corporates, families and friends! Each athlete must perform a total 2 x 1 km run and 2 workouts. This is the fastest and most accessible version of the race.
*Men's relay, Women's relay and Mixed relay. Mixed relay teams must consist of 2 Males & 2 Females.
