HYROX is proud to introduce Adaptive Divisions for all eligible male and female adaptive athletes. This initiative reflects our ongoing commitment to making the HYROX experience inclusive and accessible to a broader community of athletes.

Adaptive Division options are now available directly through our official registration platform.

Please note that participation in an Adaptive Division is subject to the eligibility criteria outlined in the HYROX Adaptive Rulebook. All athletes considering this category must review the rulebook carefully to ensure they meet the necessary qualifications.

Flex Ticket Option – Added Flexibility for All Athletes

For added peace of mind, HYROX offers a Flex Ticket Add-On, available during the registration process. This optional add-on provides greater flexibility, particularly if your plans are uncertain or may change closer to race day.

Key Benefits of the Flex Ticket:

• Refund of your race ticket if you're unable to participate (terms apply).

• Available to both Adaptive Division participants and those registering in all other divisions.

• Offers a safety net without the need to request name changes or transfers.
