Planning to participate in an upcoming race but want added peace of mind? With the new Flex Add-on, you now have more flexibility than ever before. Whether you're signing up as a solo runner or as part of a team, the Flex Add-on allows you to claim a refund for your race ticket if your plans change.

How the Flex Add-On Works:

During the registration process, once you’ve selected your athlete ticket, you’ll see an additional option:

Choose between a refundable or non-refundable ticket.

If you choose the refundable option, the Flex Add-on will be added to your registration. For double and relay events, this selection will apply to all team members, so the whole group is covered under the same policy. This simple step offers flexibility in case you can't make it to race day.

Refund Guidelines with Flex Add-On:

If you purchase the Flex Add-on, you become eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

✅ Full Refund:

• 100% refund up to 31 days before the race (by 7:59 AM) (excl. Flex Add on & Service fee)

⚠ Partial Refund:

• 50% refund up until 7 days before the race (by 7:59 AM) (excl. Flex Add on & Service fee)

❌ No Refund:

• If you did not purchase the Flex Add-on, your registration is non-refundable, regardless of when you cancel.

Name Change & Transfer Guidelines

• Need to transfer your ticket? Here’s what the Flex Add-on allows:

Without Flex Add-on:

• No name changes or transfers are allowed. No refund will be issued.

With Flex Add-on:

• 🔹 Single Tickets:
  Name changes are not permitted, but you can request a refund instead.
• 🔹 Doubles and Relays:
  You can transfer one registration to another athlete at no additional charge. This helps teams stay flexible in case one participant can no longer race. One Name Change: Allowed up to 1 day before the event via your HYROX Account.

次回のレース参加を検討しているものの、万が一に備えておきたい…。そんな方のために、新しいFlex Add-Onを導入しました。個人参加でもチーム参加でも、Flex Add-Onを追加すれば、予定が変更になった際にレースチケットの返金を申請することができます。

Flex Add-Onの仕組み:

登録手続き中にアスリートチケットを選択すると、「返金可」か「返金不可」かを選ぶ欄が表示されます。

「返金可」を選択すると、自動的にFlex Add-Onが追加されます。ダブルスおよびリレーの場合、この選択はチーム全員に適用され、同じ返金ポリシーが適用されます。レース当日に参加できなくなった場合でも柔軟に対応できる選択肢です。
 

Flex Add-Onの返金ポリシー:

Flex Add-Onを購入した場合、以下の条件で返金が可能です。

✅ 全額返金
大会7日前まで：登録料金の100%が返金されます。

A⚠ 一部返金
大会1〜7日前まで：返金申請は可能ですが、返金額はチケット価格の50%となります。

❌ 返金不可
Flex Add-Onを購入していない場合、キャンセルのタイミングに関わらず返金はできません。

名前変更・譲渡のガイドライン
チケットを譲渡する必要がありますか？Flex Add-Onがある場合の対応は以下のとおりです。

Flex Add-Onなし：
名前変更・譲渡は不可。返金もありません。

Flex Add-Onあり：

🔹 シングル
名前変更はできませんが、返金申請が可能です。

🔹 ダブルス・リレー
1名分の登録を追加料金なしで別のアスリートに譲渡できます。チームメンバーが出場できなくなった場合に役立つ仕組みです。
名前変更は大会前日まで、HYROXアカウントから1回のみ可能です。
